For the first, I've got a few guesses. Reckless drivers I know, in descending order: Glaze, Fickle, Bies, then Murray (with the Oldsmobile GT or whatever that thing was). For the second, I think Hoblin gets the honors for smashing into a bridge and then walking home in the middle of the night.

I've used this before, its awesome. I looked for Douglas county but I couldn't find public access to records. Other notable places would be Davenport/Moline, Indianapolis, and whatever county it was in Mississippi that Drew got pulled over in after the Final Four. For some more entertainment for Shawnee county; search for Ron Zoeller. I only do this because he bounced us those checks and scammed Hobs out of some beer. I know who both of those people are, is there a reward?
