Dominican Republic Mission Trip

Hey everyone, thought I would send out a few words about a Mission Trip I went on over Spring Break. We went to the Dominican Republic from March 10th to the 19th. I think a few of you might have heard something about it, but either way I wanted to send some pictures out so you could see a few of the things we did. Some of the pictures are from the resort we stayed at, some are of the bus we took to the clinic site each day. We ended up seeing 870 people over 5 days and had a great time. We saw quite a bit of ocular disease since the people we saw had never had any medical care whatsoever. Anyway call me up sometime if you all have any questions about anything. Also Davis and I just got off the phone talking about a trip to Boston for him and are roughly looking at the days of May 18th-22nd give or take a day or two on the flight out side of the trip. Murray, how is your schedule looking then? So if anyone is or was planning a trip out here to see Murray or I, this would work great for me, and possibly Davis. Its just a rough idea, let me know what you all think though, if you're interested. If not, then hope you at least find a small amount of enjoyment in the pictures.

I'm still trying to find out if that weekend will work. Its hinging on finances and Leah's work schedule right now. I'll let you know one way or the other.

One more thing...what does "ocular" mean?

I'll be trying to figure out the answer to Lee's question, as well as alot of other crap that has to do with "lerning" for Step 1 of Boards, or, perhpas more accureately, of a progressively downhill process of humiliation in the medical sciences. I can only hope to vanquish Pirotte in the interim. Sounds fun, though.

Love may come and go, but ocular herpes is forever.
