Long Lost Beantown Brother

Hey everyone, this is actually my first post on here. I've been reading the blog since it began but once I signed on our DC blog wasn't listed and after trying to list it, long story short, I wasn't able to post. Murray is in town this weekend and he re-invited me and here I am. So here is what I've been up to. After completing my 2nd year out here in Boston I had the first summer classes of my life, which went more smooth than I had anticipated. We had a two day break then started right in for a month and a half of classes, finals came, another 1 1/2 week break then we had our first of three National Boards exam. Happy to say that I passed so I'm still in the clear. We just started our 3rd year and have begun seeing patients and doing full dilated exams now. Its nice to slowly have less classroom work and more clinic work. Although we're all still a little shaky on diagnoses and follow-up care, this mostly due to the fact the we're just now taking our Advanced Ocular Disease class which I hear can be an ass kicker. Anyway, 3rd year is a little more relaxed than our last two years with 2nd year being the most difficult of the 4. Well thats about as long of an update I can do right now, the weather today is supposed to be around 82 and sunny so I have to go wake Murray up if he's not already awake and on his computer and I think we're all headed to the beach for a few hours. Let me know what you're all up to, especially the peeps on here that I never hear from. And when the big East coast trip comes for everyone, or if it comes, I hope you all can fit NC and Boston into the run of cities.
